Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul is: Member of the International Olympic Committee; Member of Executive Board of the National Olympic Committee of Thailand (NOCT); Chair of Culture Commission, Olympic Council of Asia (OCA); Member of Advisory Committee, Olympic Council of Asia (OCA); Deputy President of the Badminton World Federation (BWF); President of the Badminton Association of Thailand Under Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King (BAT); Advisory Chairperson of Thailand Fencing Federation (TFF); and Member of the IOC’s Culture and Olympic Heritage Commission.

She is also Executive Board Member of G Steel Group; Chairperson of the Arnoma Grand Hotel & Hospitality Group; Chairperson of Cultural Promotion Fund, Ministry of Culture; Chairperson of Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra; Individual Expert Member of Board of Directors of Thailand Institute of Justice; Honorary Chairperson and Founder of Thailand Choral Association; and Chairperson of the Homeland Patriots Club.
