Sarah Massey

Sarah Massey is an accomplished leader in the world of sports, with over three decades of experience in sports leadership, global event strategy, and delivery. Sarah is currently the Managing Director of the recent Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025, which achieved record breaking audiences, viewership and engagement. Prior to this, Sarah was the CEO of the World Athletics Championships, Oregon22 and her career spans various roles across the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, as well as cricket and hockey World Cups, and she has worked with multiple international and national sports governing bodies. She will join the British Olympic Association in January 2026 as the Director of Sport.
