Nick is a commercial lawyer specialising in sport.
His experience spans many areas including event organisation, commercial rights, brand protection, marketing, data protection, betting and gaming, disputes and regulatory matters. Alongside his expertise in sport, Nick works extensively across the leisure, fashion and food and beverage industries.
Nick advises governing bodies like FIFA and the ATP and businesses such as Rapha, Honest Burgers and Fitbit. He also has a strong practice advising high profile individuals and has advised Sir Mo Farah, Sir Chris Hoy and Sir Clive Woodward.
Nick co-wrote the UK chapter of the book "Sports Image Rights in Europe". He lectures and speaks widely on topics from ambush marketing and image rights to the use of data in the leisure industry. He is a former director of the British Association for Sport and the Law. He has been recommended by the Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Who's Who legal directories.
