Paul is the founder and CEO of OnePlan. He has worked on 6 Olympic and Paralympic Games and is currently an Event Services Expert Advisor to Paris 2024.

Paul is widely regarded as an expert in major event operations and innovation. He is also a Subject Matter Expert to Interpol and has advised FIFA World Cups, F1, Commonwealth Games and multiple major sports venues globally.
