Ralph Straus

‘Ralph Straus is the Commercial Director of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), the global governing body for equestrian sport. In this role, he leads all commercial and marketing activities, including sponsorship, digital, content and broadcast, and overall media and marketing strategy. Prior to joining the FEI, Straus served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for EXPO 2020 Dubai, and as Head of Strategy and Brand at FIFA, where he was responsible for executing FIFA World Cup™ marketing campaigns, global licensing, FIFA Fan Fests, eSports, and brand development. His earlier career includes roles in marketing and branding at major organizations such as Swisscom, ABB Business Services, and Shell International.
