Simon was the COO of England’s bid to host the FIFA world cup in 2018 and will provide an insight into the lessons’ learned from this experience. He is the current Chair of the Rugby Football League.

Simon has held a number of Senior Executive and Non-Executive positions, and has also worked closely with Local Government, National Government and Parliament. He is passionate about bringing together multi-disciplinary teams and inspiring them to deliver high-profile and strategic priorities - while taking pride in his reputation for integrity. 

Simon is an accomplished public speaker and is adept at arguing the corner of his clients, especially in the media. Throughout his career, he has used his considerable skills to exert influence and deliver real results.
