Jean-Baptiste Casta
Position: Director of Business Operations & EurovisionSport.com, EBU Sport
Jean-Baptiste took over the role of Director of Business Operations & EurovisionSport in May 2024, stepping up from the position of Head of Strategy & Business Operations, a role he held since February 2021.
He joined the EBU in 2015 as a Senior Sport Rights Manager within the Football division.
Before joining the EBU, he was SVP Acquisition & Operations at Sportfive International, owned by French Lagardere Sport, where he was part of the Management Board.
He joined Lagardere Sport in 2008 as Digital Media Director, after having worked 5 years for French TelCo SFR, within Strategy and Sport Rights departments.
During the past 20 years working in the sport industry, he has developed a wide range of skills, which allow him to take up complex and ambitious challenges, in an international environment, while interacting with a large variety of stakeholders.
