Kelly Fairweather

Position: Chief Executive Officer, International Tennis Federation

Kelly Fairweather, Chief Executive Officer of the International Tennis Federation has a wide and varied background in the sports industry having previously spent six years as the CEO of the International Hockey Federation and prior to that two years with the World Anti Doping agency as the Director of the European Office.

From 1999 Kelly spent 8 years at the International Olympic Committee and, as Director of Sport was responsible for the IOC's day to day work with the 35 International Olympic Sports Federations, the 28 IOC-Recognised International Federations and all major organisations in the world of sport.  The work entailed being the day-to-day liaison with the Organising Committees for the Olympic Games and the Sports Federations. He also managed the IOC Athletes Commission, the Olympic Programme Commission which decided which sports were on the programme of the Olympic Games and the Sports for All Commission.

Kelly has been the Chair of the Association of Summer Olympic Sports Federation Olympic Games and Multi-Sport Working group for 8 years and is a member of the World Anti-Doping Nominations Committee.
